    Salem Health Medical Group is seeking a full time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Skyline Clinic. 


    Position Scope:

    • Work Schedule: 4, '10' hour days/week
    • Guaranteed base salary
    • Annual Group Incentive Bonus Program
    • $4,500 annual CME allowance + a generous education assistance program
    • Relocation assistance & sign-on bonus

    You may be a qualified candidate if you:

    • Hold a current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license, as well as a Certificate as a Nurse Practitioner through the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
    • Hold DEA certification.
