    Salem Health Cancer Institute is seeking an advanced practice provider (APP) to join our oncology team. This position will work in concert with our surgeons to ensure high quality care of gynecological and breast patients in oncology. The cancer program at Salem Health is accredited by the Commission on Cancer and National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers.


    • Work Schedule: Variable, Monday-Friday day shift hours
    • Days per week: 4 days
    • Shift Length: 10 hours
    • Surgery: 1-2 days per week
    • Clinic: 2-3 days per week



    • Guaranteed Base Salary: $135,000
    • $4,500 + 40 hours annual CME allowance and 200 hours PTO

    You may be a qualified PA candidate if you:

    • Are a graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
    • Hold certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
    • Hold PA licensure through the Oregon Medical Board.
    • Hold SA-C certification, or are able to obtain within one (1) year of hire.

    Experience as an oncology surgical Physician Assistant or post graduate specialty training in oncology is desirable, though not required.


    You may be a qualified NP candidate if you:

    • Hold a MSN and have satisfactorily completed an ANP program, recognized by the OSBN.
    • Hold current, unencumbered RN and NP licenses through the OSBN.
    • Hold current RNFA and AOCN.
