    Description/Qualifications

    Salem Health is seeking a Physician to provide Urgent Care services in our brand new clinic in Woodburn.

     

    We are proud to join the Woodburn community and its diverse population with this facility, which represents the newest addition to Salem Health’s growing Medical Group. Construction for the full campus is underway and is targeted to open January 2020; a temporary site is in current operation. The 31,000 sqft facility will include a robust offering of services, including Family Medicine, which is designated by CMS as a Rural Healthcare Clinic, Urgent Care, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Laboratory Services, Imaging, and Obstetrics, and there is potential for additional specialties as well.

    Qualifications:

    • Hold a degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine
    • Have successfully completed an accredited residency program and hold or be eligible for board certification
    • Hold a current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon
    • Hold current, unrestricted federal DEA certification
