    Description/Qualifications

    Salem Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide Urgent Care services in our brand new Woodburn Clinic set to open its doors in January of 2020. The Woodburn Clinic will offer Urgent Care, Primary Care, Women’s Health, Care Teams, and much more. The site will be fully equipped with lab, ultrasound, and x-ray. The Urgent Care team in Woodburn will be made up of three providers upon launch and grow to a team of five by the end of year two. The Woodburn Urgent Care will collaborate with the Salem Urgent Care and provide cross coverage as needed.

     

    Details:

    • Clinic will operate seven days per week
    • Variable day and evening hours
    • '10' hour Urgent Care Clinic shifts
    • Rural Healthcare Clinic designation

    Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Nursing or in a field deemed equivalent by the Oregon Board of Nursing (OBN) and satisfactory completion of a primary care NP Program recognized by the OSBN
    • Minimum of two years of experience required
    • Bilingual preferred
