    We are seeking an experienced leader and clinician to oversee our established, and growing Primary Care team, as well as to provide care to patients within the Salem Health Medical Group.

    The Service Line Medical Director will organize and manage the overall provider components of Family Medicine services, as well as work collaboratively with staff and administration to provide high quality and effective services to the community.


    Our Primary Care team is comprised of 34+ providers seeing patients in 7 clinics in and around the Salem, Oregon community. Our Family Medicine providers enjoy a 4-day work week, with 10-hour shifts, and share in a 1:20 weeks after-hours call rotation. Our Clinicians manage an average patient volume of 20-22/shift, providing services to patients alongside a multi-disciplinary care team including: Pharmacist, Care Manager, LCSW, Psychiatric NP, and Diabetes Educator.

    The successful candidate will be board certified, have at least three (3) years of experience in a leadership capacity, and demonstrate a passion for leading and developing providers focused on delivering team based, patient focused, compassionate, and evidence based care.
